Permanent Recruitment
The responsibility Quantica Technology feels towards your organisation when we are recruiting for you underlines the quality of our service.
It may appear obvious, but it is often lost: the single most important thing is that we must successfully match the right people with the right vacancy at the right time.
Our reputation for achievement is due in part to the way we define success. For us it is not about how many placements we make, it is not about how many quality CVs we submit to each vacancy and it is not about how much money we make from one placement. For Quantica Technology our business model is based on ensuring we achieve the best industry statistics in the following:
- Length of time an individual stays in the organisation they were placed
- The value they bring to the business (culturally and commercially)
- The number of client referrals we receive
It is because these indicators of success are high that we can confidently assert our ability to deliver.
To make the matching process as effective as possible we will naturally run a comprehensive registration and application process for the candidates. It is essential that we match the right candidate to your business and this is our overriding consideration. We believe that this is best achieved when we ensure that there is diversity, equality and fair competition applied to all stages of the recruitment process.
By creating a synopsis of your specific requirements, we undertake tiered candidate screening which begins at CV application and ends with a thorough in-depth and competency based interview with a consultant. Psychometric testing can also be used.
Whilst on the surface, permanent recruitment appears two-dimensional; it is actually a complex, scientific and technical process. We provide a number of options within our permanent recruitment portfolio to ensure we recruit and you retain the very best IT and technical professionals. These include:
- Assessment Centres
- Contingency Recruitment / Selection
- Fully integrated Campaigns
- Managed Advertising
In addition to:
- Executive search / Headhunting
