 Senior IT Recruitment Consultant - Halifax - No-Geographical or market restrictions
Quantica Technology, part of the Kellan Group (including RK Accountancy & Berkley Scott) was established in 1996 and is a technology focused recruitment business servicing clients in both the UK and across EMEA.
We are looking for individuals who want to work in an autonomous environment that encourages good customer delivery skills and rewards individuals looking to build their own brand within the wider business.
This is a chance to build your own client base across an unrestricted IT market in both the UK and EMEA, we have an established base of key blue-chip clients that is expanding rapidly. We feel that the market is increasingly buoyant and as such have decided to expand the Halifax office with the appointment of a Senior Consultant. This is a very well established office having been operating from this location for 15 years and you will be joining a very experienced and successful team.
There are no restricted markets to work within and you will be given advice as to where best to target initially.
This is not a KPI driven environment but there is an expectation that people will want to come onboard and want to succeed. You will be given tailored coaching to ensure that you progress in both skills and professionalism. This will ensure that you will focus on proactively building your client base through a quality service rather than by hard sales through continued cold calling, etc.
If you have had some good exposure to the recruitment industry (preferably within IT recruitment although other sectors will be considered) and have the drive and determination to build a career within IT recruitment then I would be very interested in speaking with you.
Salary commensurate with experience.
