Programme ManagerJob reference: BW PROG
Location: Slough- Berkshire- South West London
Salary: £60,000-£65,000+car+Bonus 30%
PURPOSE
To lead the delivery of a programme of business change within the Division, ensuring good governance and overall health of the programme. Maintain visibility of progress, benefits realisation, risks, issues and resourcing across the projects (circa 20); ensuring that projects get the management support and direction required to enable them to meet their objectives
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accountable for overall health of the Programme
• Accountable for governance and visibility of the programme
• Produce and maintain programme level Milestone plans for each project
• Maintain programme resource plan
• Manage programme interdependencies – especially with Fusion SAP programme
• Produce and publish weekly work stream level reports for circulation to Exec and project managers
• Escalate issues and risks appropriately
• Publish and track KPI performance
• Create and maintain programme level cost tracker
• Maintain programme level benefits tracking
• Manage programme change request process
• Facilitate project definition, reviews and closure
• Facilitate the production of robust project level plans
• Produce programme comms in line with Comms plan and timetable
• Produce materials and chair monthly project planning board
• Assist with portfolio choices and programme definition through annual iterations (typically aligned with budget cycle)
• Expected to assist with improving the overall PPM maturity and change management capability of the Business
KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Formal knowledge of Project, Programme and PMO methodologies is essential
• MSP practitioner qualification desirable
• Change Management qualification desirable
• Educated to degree level
EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 years Project Management experience essential
• Strong record of successful business programme management is essential
• Experience of resource and budget management
• Experience of running a PMO desirable
• Familiarity with FMCG environment essential
