Interim Management

Interim Management should be used when there is a requirement for IT and technology professionals on a short to medium term basis. Interim managers are normally brought in to manage change projects, fill key skills gaps (to cover maternity, sickness or surge in demand) or deliver key projects for a short period of time, thus making this option (which some still refer to as temporary recruitment) as commercially sensible.

Interim management is increasingly sitting alongside contracting and permanent staffing to provide organisations with a workforce equipped for the modern economy. However, even though the appointment is for a short period, it is essential that it is treated as importantly as any other piece of recruitment.

We understand that and our interim candidates consistently deliver for our clients. In fact our service has been developed in partnership with some of our clients who have experienced issues with some interim management providers. This gives all our clients the confidence that our service is beyond reproach and will deliver for them.

Specifically we can provide
  • Immediate access to our network of professional interim managers
  • Sector coverage; you get someone with an understanding of your industry
  • Efficiency savings. The cost of engaging an Interim Manager is often lower than alternative options.
  • Interim managers to offer professional advice that would otherwise have to be outsourced or would not be present.
  • Reactionary services; Interim Managers can be quickly installed and withdrawn.
  • Intense focus; The Interim Manager is tasked with completing the job - everyone knows this and therefore they do not become involved in outside interferences.
We do this by keeping our network of contacts fully engaged and by accessing interim manager networking tools.
